Creating an Account: A Two-Step Process

Step 1: Enter your information as the primary account holder. *This person will be responsible for paying tuition and enrolling the child(ren) into classes.

Step 2: On the Add Family Members screen, add your child(ren) to be enrolled, your spouse/partner, and anyone you want listed as an emergency contact.

Why is birthday required?

Recognizing Staff members, friends and other parents birthday’s can makes someone’s day a little brighter! There may also be an age requirement for classes or events. If you are uncomfortable providing this information you can simply select the option to hide it from the directory so only you can see it.

Alliance Learning Center: Terms and Conditions

Liability waiver:

I choose to allow my student(s) to participate in classes, performances, workshops, and other activities at Alliance Learning Center of my own free will and certify that I am in proper physical condition to take part in such activities.

If I have questions about whether an activity is suitable for my student(s) to pursue, I will consult my health care provider in making that decision. If I have any known physical vulnerabilities, conditions, or injuries, I agree to discuss them with the director before participating.

Release: By signing this document, I release Alliance Learning Center and their directors, owners, students, teachers, staff, employees, volunteers, associates (collectively referred to in this document as “ALC”) from any liability or claim that I or my representatives may have against ALC with respect to any bodily injury, personal injury, illness, death, or property loss or damage that may result from my participation at ALC.

I voluntarily release and forever discharge and hold harmless ALC from any and all claims or demands for damages, loss of services, costs and expenses, injuries, attorney fees, and any other call for reparation from any and all injury to me, my student or my property arising in any way from my participation in classes, camps, and workshops, including the use of ALC equipment or facilities, and any activities associated with ALC.

Risks: I understand that there are risks of physical injury associated with, arising out of, and inherent to physical activities including but not limited to lunch time play and other classroom activities. These risks include the potential for slips and falls, sprains, scraped knees etc, and other risks not specified here.

Understanding these risks and the potential for others not listed, I agree to personally accept and assume all of the risks present in my participation at ALC. My participation at ALC is entirely voluntary, and I choose to participate in spite of the risks.

I have also read and agree to comply with the Alliance Learning Center School Handbook of Policies as found on the Alliance Learning Center Website.

Alliance Learning Center: Terms and Conditions

I agree to pay my financial commitments for enrolling my students in Alliance classes and agree to the following statements:

By registering for courses at Alliance Learning Center:

I understand that I am incurring a legal obligation to pay all charges assessed to my account by the due date, including, but not limited to, registration fees, class supply fees, tuition and if incurred, late payment fees.
I accept full financial responsibility for each registered course, including those I may add after this initial registration for the term and understand that I am personally responsible for payment of all sums when due.
I understand that I must sign this agreement only upon initial enrollment to the Class management system and that adding additional courses for subsequent terms may increase my financial obligation. I assume full responsibility for all class enrollments and will check the My School Hangout account frequently to ensure that I am aware of any additional charges.
If I expect a third party (such as Athenian or Utah fits all scholarship) to pay all or part of my financial obligations to this institution(s), I understand that it is my responsibility to meet all requirements for disbursement to my student account. I also understand that it is my responsibility to inform Alliance of this third party assistance.
I acknowledge that non-attendance or non-participation does not relieve me of financial responsibility for the courses in which I am enrolled.
I understand that I must adhere to the Alliance procedures for dropping or withdrawing from courses as stated in the parent handbook.
I understand and agree that if I fail to make timely payments, I may be assessed late fees on the outstanding amount, and I may be restricted from future registration.
I understand and agree that my account may be referred to a collection agency if I fail to make timely payments, and that I will pay all collection costs associated with such a referral, including but not limited to attorney fees, collection agency commissions, court costs, and other fees.
I authorize Alliance and its respective agents and contractors to contact me regarding my account, including repayment of charges, at the current or any future number that I provide for my cellular phone or other wireless device using automated telephone dialing equipment or artificial or pre-recorded voice or text messages.
I understand and agree that my authorization to enroll in courses at this institution is expressly conditioned upon acceptance of all terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement
